As opposed to common stroke sanders, the DBS is suitable for surface and radius grinding and finishing, through a highly flexible belt tensioning system.  Grinding of corner welds requires an enormously skilled workforce.  With the DBS even, a less experienced operator can perform excellent results.

​Variable grinding speed optimizes the grinding performance and the grain structure.  Spot welds, brake marks and scratches can be removed without regrinding the entire workpiece.
