The Evolution of SERGI
In 1964 Mr. Seravesi Giovanni, together with his brother, opened a small job shop. A client had commissioned the construction of a small plate bending roll machine, this was the first machine made. After this experience the two brothers decided to begin the manufacture of plate bending roll machines.
After 35 years of designing and manufacturing PLATE BENDING ROLLS and SECTION BENDING ROLLS, Sergi is once again is expanding to a new factory as well as adding top talent to its highly qualified employee team.
The SERGI EVOLUTION is the result of our desire to progress into large, reliable and efficient machines for very heavy plate. We have already achieved a strong presence and leadership in the Italian and international markets as a manufacturer of small and medium sized machines.
Our long experience and ability to innovate has now allowed us to successfully extend our product range with a new line of plate roll bending machines with a capacity of up to 200 mm thickness.
As a result the new product offering of roll bending machines now reaches an unprecedented capacity, from 1mm up to 200 mm thickness

• ROLLBEND 3R - 3 roll mechanical machine up to 8 mm thickness
• ROLLBEND 4R - 4 roll mechanical machine up to 6 mm thickness
• ROLLPOWER 2R - 2 roll hydraulic machine up to 4 mm thickness
• ROLLPOWER 3R - 3 roll hydraulic machine up to 100 mm thickness
• ROLLPOWER 4R - 4 roll hydraulic machine up to 100 mm thickness
EVOROLL - Hydraulic 3 roll plate bending machines
with variable bottom roll geometry, up to 200 mm thickness.
ANGLE ROLL - Hydraulic angle roll bending machines
with shaft diameter ranging from 60 up to 250 mm.
